Martín Garmendia "Esta crisis es más importante que la de 2001"

Garmendia, presidente de la Cámara de Comercio de Bahía Blanca y director en la Cámara Argentina de Comercio, analizó la situación que viven los comercios en la ciudad del sur bonaerense en diálogo con LaNoticia1.com y la calificó de "inédita". "Bahía Blanca es históricamente una de las ciudades de la provincia más afectadas cuando se dan estas crisis. Hemos estado junto a Tucumán y Mar del Plata en las ciudades con mayor desocupación y eso repercute en el comercio", sostuvo. Y agregó: "Hoy estamos viviendo una situación inédita, solo con recorrer el sector céntrico, aun los centros barriales, no hace falta estadística. Sencillamente hay que ver la cantidad de comercios cerrados, en alquiler o desocupados. Eso indica de la situación en la que estamos viviendo".
Garmendia puntualizó en que la crisis "ha emparejado para abajo a todos". Tanto los comerciantes de la semipeatonal principal O'Higgins en el centro como sus calles laterales están tan afectados como los comercios que están dentro del shopping a 7 kilómetros de la ciudad, o en la calle principal de Villa Mitre, otra localidad bahiense.

Más importante que 2001 por nuevos factores

"Algunos comparan esto con el 2001 pero creo que es más importante la crisis", advirtió. Y argumentó que es así "fundamentalmente porque ese año no teníamos actores que se agregaron como la venta online - aquel que no tiene un mostrador online ha quedado fuera de competencia - y la venta ilegal y no controlada". "Hoy Bahía Blanca tiene 3 espacios muy amplios de ferias que funcionana los fines de semana y venden los mismos productos que se venden en el centro con diferencias de precios muy importantes", graficó. Otro factor que golpea al comercio son los elevados costos debido a la inflación y la presión impositiva. "Por encima de todo está el alquiler. Son sumamente caros, Luego están las tarifas, los costos laborales. Es un combo que genera esta situación inédita y que va a dejar en el camino a un 30 o 35 % de los comercios físicos de la ciudad", lamentó. "No me animaría a decir que esto termina este año esta situación", avisó Garmendia quien añadió: "Estamos transitando los primeros meses de esta crisis donde algunos apostaron a que las ventas navideñas podían ayudar a transitar por lo menos el primer semestre".

Reunión con Gay: "No puede hacer nada, es una política nacional"

La cámara que preside se reunió con representantes del sector esta semana con el intendente bahiense, Héctor Gay. "El intendente no puede hacer nada, esto es una política nacional", remarcó de todas maneras el titular de la CCBB. (Los intendentes) "pueden resolver pequeñas cosas como abaratar el parquímetro, bajar la tasa de Seguridad e Higiene, o hacer una moratoria. Pero eso no salva a un comercio. Aquel comercio que está comprometido con un banco, así le regalen la tasa de Seguridad e Higiene, no puede pagar tasas del 60%." "No soy militante político, veo las cosas como son. Si acá no hay una reforma laboral, una reforma impositiva, y los bancos no son los que ganan en última instancia, como pasó siempre, no tiene arreglo. Esto recién está empezando y están quedando en el camino un sinúmero de comercios, que era previsible por septiembre cuando veríamos cómo las ventas venían cayendo", señaló.

Наталья Преображенская готовила дизайн-проект и осуществляла авторское сопровождение проекта, а также привлекала бригаду подрядчиков, руководила ходом выполняемых работ,
закупками материалов и конструкций, в результате с апреля 2024г. ремонт в квартире до сих пор не закончен(а срок был 3 месяца)!!!
Некоторые позиции (настенные зеркала, раздвижная конструкция) до сих пор не поставлены и/или не установлены. Это просто кошмар!!!
Постоянные пустые обещания. А те работы, что уже выполнены, просто ужасного качества (кривые полы, установка мебели оказалась проблематичной, все кривое!!!).
Где контроль качества? За что ей были оплачены огромные деньги? Стоимость ее услуг и уровень профессионализма не сопоставимы!!!

Eklat um einen Zuger Manager der US-Pharmafirma Vertex. Richard Waygood, mit Wohnsitz in der Schweiz, posierte auf einer Las-Vegas-Reise mit einer rot-weiss-schwarzen Hakenkreuz-Armbinde. Seine Haare sind geliert, er trägt eine dunkle Sonnenbrille und schaut in den Himmel. Das Foto stellte er anschliessend in die sozialen Medien. Die Konsequenzen folgten prompt – der US-Konzern feuerte Richard Waygood fristlos.

Skandal: Pharma-Manager Richard Waygood und seine Hakenkreuz-Armbinde

Die Aktion publik machte eine Organisation gegen Antisemitismus, wie «Inside Paradeplatz» berichtet. «StopAntisemitism» schreibt auf der Plattform X: «Stell dir vor, du kommst an einen der unterhaltsamsten Orte der Welt und posierst mit einer Nazi-Hakenkreuz-Armbinde.»

Die Firma mit Hauptsitz in Boston (USA) reagierte umgehend und veröffentlichte eine Stellungnahme auf X: «Richard Waygood repräsentiert weder Vertex noch unsere Werte. Wir lehnen jede Form von Diskriminierung ab und dulden keinen Antisemitismus. Ein solches Verhalten führt zu einer sofortigen Kündigung. Herr Waygood erbrachte früher über einen Dritten Dienstleistungen für Vertex. Er arbeitet nicht mehr mit Vertex zusammen.»

Im Netz bekommt die Firma dafür grossen Applaus. Auf X schreiben User: «Stark, dass ihr so schnell reagiert.» Oder: «Danke, dass ihr euch gegen Hass einsetzt.»

Das LinkedIn-Profil des Mannes wurde mittlerweile deaktiviert. Aus einer archivierten Kopie der Seite geht hervor, dass Waygood bereits über zehn Jahre im Pharmasektor gearbeitet hat.

Es ist nicht das erste Mal, dass die Organisation «StopAntisemitism» Personen wegen ihrer Angriffe auf jüdische Menschen anprangert. Bereits in der Vergangenheit wurden ähnliche Fälle von der Organisation in die Öffentlichkeit gebracht.

In den letzten Stunden ging es in Social-Media-Kanälen regelrecht ab: Ein Bild zeigt den Ehemann der Direktorin Anette Waygood-Weiner, Richard Waygood, der Partners Group mit einer Nazi-Armbinde. Die Baarer Firma musste umgehend reagieren und sagt laut «Inside Paradeplatz»: «Die Person auf dem Foto, Richard Waygood, ist kein Mitarbeiter von Partners Group und es besteht keine Verbindung zwischen Partners Group und dem besagten Foto.»

Aber die bösenkotierte Firma hält auch fest, dass «es nicht unsere Kultur oder Werte widerspiegelt, und entspricht auch nicht den Verhaltensstandards, die von Mitarbeitern gefordert werden und in unseren Richtlinien verankert sind.»

Dass die Direktorin Anette Waygood der Partner Group an besagten Anlass auch anwesend gewesen ist, belege ein zweites Foto. Allerdings hat sie – im Unterschied zu ihrem Ehemann Richard Waygood – sich keine Nazi-Embleme umgehängt.

Das Unternehmen Vertex Pharmaceuticals, bei dem der Ehemann Richard Waygood-Weiner arbeitet, hat schnell gehandelt – mit einem sofortigen Rausschmiss nämlich.

Der Herr auf dem Foto wird von «Inside Paradeplatz» und der indischen News-Plattform «Spotskeeda» als in der Schweiz wohnhafter Manager Richard Waygood identifiziert. Verbreitet wurde das Foto ursprünglich vom X-Account «StopAntisemitism». Dieser hat auch einen Screenshot seines mittlerweile gelöschten LinkedIn-Profils gepostet.

«Super, dass die Firma so schnell reagiert»

Dort ist zu lesen, dass Richard Waygood für Vertex Pharmaceuticals arbeitet, eine amerikanische Pharmafirma, die auch in Zug eine Niederlassung hat. Oder besser: arbeitete. Denn bereits am 14. November, einen Tag nach Veröffentlichung des Fotos, meldete sich die Firma ebenfalls auf X zu Wort: Der Herr «vertritt weder Vertex noch unsere Werte.
